We have been going to GSR for years and today we were treated horribly by Aaliyah at the rewards desk. I will appreciate them and be shout accolades from the rooftops! Kenny G - so gracious, generous with his time and engaged - and so two were the Hotel Execs. We had a high school senior, headed as a music major that was about to be disappointed and they were able to complete a bucket list item for him by just listening and providing outstanding customer service. They are hugely appreciated and the face of the venue for the community - and such beautiful faces! I wish all my employees had the ability to turn a negative to a positive so easily and make someone's night and beyond. Two of the Execs, Candice and John read the situation, kept everyone calm and were able to save the night. It was a miscommunication but was beginning to look like a huge lost opportunity. Unfortunately, the rest room areas were blocked and we had to leave the venue to other restrooms and upon returning not all of our party was allowed back in the venue for the post concert activities. And post concert he came out to take pictures and sign merch.
